We presented an innovative design for a modern villa to our client in Kodrat E Selites, Tirana. The sloping terrain posed a challenge, but we managed to adapt to it by splitting the villa in 3 boxes. Our focal point was the front facade, which features expansive glass panels offering breathtaking views of Tirana’s artificial lake. The result is a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality, creating a truly exceptional living space.
