Located along the picturesque coastline of Spille in Kavaja, this project involves the design of two holiday villas commissioned by a private client for family use. The sloped terrain of the site was thoughtfully utilized to ensure that both villas enjoy unobstructed sea views while maintaining easy and independent access.
A shared swimming pool is strategically positioned to serve both residences, creating a central leisure space that connects the villas harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. Each villa includes three bedrooms and features a spacious veranda that extends the living area outward, offering generous outdoor space ideal for relaxation and family gatherings.
