This project involves renovating an unfinished three-story building near Rinas Airport in Tirana. The team added skylights to the underground space, creating new office space. They also added a solar panel-equipped car park and a new building block to enhance the entrance. In addition, they renovated the facade by replacing the windows with a ventilated facade, improving thermal protection and the building’s overall aesthetic.
